Lodging Information: There are a limited number of rooms available at the Newport News Marriott at City Center at the discounted group rate of $93.00* per night. Reservations may be made online by clicking here or calling 866-329-1758 and mentioning the VEMS Symposium. The deadline for room reservations at this rate is Thursday, February 28, 2019, at 11:59 pm. 

*All rates are subject to state and local taxes, currently 14%, plus $1.00 per room per night occupancy tax. Taxes are subject to change without notice. All individual reservations must be accompanied by one night's deposit for room and tax. Individual deposits are refundable, provided notice of cancellation is received by the Newport News Marriott at City Center 72 hours prior to reserved date of arrival.
