Sponsorship & Vendor Information

The 2026 Virginia Emergency Management Symposium will be held March 16-19, 2026, at Norfolk Waterside Marriott, 235 E Main Street, Norfolk, VA 23510.

We expect the symposium to hit maximum capacity as we have seen growth in attendance year over year. Attendees include, but are not limited to, emergency managers, first responders, public safety and public policy officials, and hospital and college/university representatives. As of January 21, we are SOLD OUT of vendor booths, however we do still have sponsorships available. Click here to see the sponsorship opportunities available for 2025-2026. If you are interested in exhibiting, please email [email protected] and we will see if we have a cancellation or space to squeeze in another booth.

The vendor hall will be available for set up from 3:00 – 6:00 pm on Monday, March 16, with a ribbon cutting to be held to open the vendor hall at 6:30 pm that evening, followed by a reception from 6:30 – 8:30 pm. Vendor hall hours are: Monday, March 16: 6:30 – 8:30 pm and Tuesday, March 17: 7:30 am – 1:30 pm and 5:15 – 6:15 pm; exhibitor teardown begins no later than 6:30 pm on March 17th.
