VEMA Affiliate Members

Any group, corporate entity, or business that desires membership and affiliation with the Virginia Emergency Management Association (VEMA) may be afforded an Affiliate Membership.  Affiliate membership dues are $250.00 per fiscal year. 

Benefits of Affiliate Membership include:

• Detailed Membership Roster in Excel, including members’ office address, phone and email, updated and provided quarterly… for use in marketing and maintaining client base information
• VEMA Newsletter (bimonthly) keeping you informed of activities effecting Virginia emergency managers
• 25% discount off Website Advertisements.  Contact VEMA for details.
• One promotional blast email per year to all VEMA members.  Contact VEMA to arrange.
• Receive VEMS vendor materials one month prior to non-members, ensuring early choice selection for exhibit booth location and sponsorship opportunities
• Pre-Registration List for VEMS two weeks prior (must also be an exhibitor or sponsor of the event).
• Free listing on the VEMA website, including sales representative’s name, link to website and contact information. 
• Special recognition in VEMS Vendor Hall

An Affiliate member organization has no vote or voice during elections or on any matters brought before the membership.  An Affiliate member organization cannot serve as a member of the Board of Directors, any committee, or hold elected or appointed office.
