It was a honor to teach a workshop at the Symposium this year on the value of Emotional and Spiritual Care for survivors and first-responders. We have two other full-day trainings in the area coming up that are open to the public. June 26 at Regent University and Oct 9 held at Fist Baptist Norfolk. Registration can be found under training, Sharing Hope in Crisis at billygraham.org/rrt
It's great to partner with the citizens of the great State of Virginia.

Will there be any training sessions for the new HURREVAC 2010 program that is just coming out? They are doing training sessions at several EM conferences.
I was looking at information as it pertained to local EMS Emergency Management protocals. I am a member of the Buckingham County Board of Supervisors and it is hard to find information related to the working relationships of local governments and public school systems when it comes to developing emergency and critical care protocals. It appears and it is a sad thing that some public schools and their boards do not want any help from local government and would rather try and handle their issues internally. If anyone has any good information on this please e-mail me. Good site and keep up the good work.

Just looking around on the website to gain more information on Emergency Management Planning. I am the administrator of a assisted living facility and have been trying to improve my emergency preparedness plan, just looking around for some resources to assist with that project.
